how universal are oven heating elements?

wouldn't ya know it - I got all organized for a Pizza Night (from scratch - we are not just reheating frozen pizzas here) last night, I set the oven ot max temp of 550deg and..... it stalls out at 315.... no heat from the lower element. (backup countertop convection oven saved the day)
this was a surprise as just two days ago it had heated up great for bread baking.

Gaggenau EB 290 / 291 wall oven F 14 error

I have two Gaggenau EB 290 / 291 wall ovens and one of them beeps randomly and displays a "F 14" error code. I believe I need to replace the power module part #00268401, but it is no longer available from the manufacturer, appliance parts websites or ebay. I have even checked with circuit board repair companies, but cannot find anyone to repair it.

Does anyone know if this is the correct part to fix the F 14 error and if so, how to get ahold of the part or get it remanufactured?

Viking Range VGSC305 Stove burners clicking issues

Appreciate any help here! I have a VGSC305-4BDS6, which is probably at least 10 yrs old. Initially, the Stove burners would not click, but would light fine using matches, so I replaced the spark module. Old spark module was Harper-Wyman model 6540 and I replaced with a new PA020041 spark module.

1940s/50s Monarch electric range

I have a Monarch twin oven electric range from the 40s/50s. There is no make/model, information that is usually found somewhere on such appliances.
