ARFG-30 American Range Wall Oven Doesn't Get Hot Enough

Hi all.
I've been living with this issue for years, afraid to spend the $$$ for a service call, and am hoping you can help me resolve this.

My American Range wall oven AROFG-30 (pretty sure) takes forever to get to 300-350 and never gets above 400. I can see through the holes in the bottom that the gas flames never seem to be at full strength. The flames may bit high for a short bit, but then lower and 'flutter'. I'm not an oven tech, but it seems that there is enough gas coming in but that...

I’ve noticed recently that my oven hasn’t been cooking things normally. I tried cooking cornbread, and it took an hour or so.

I bought 2 thermometers, digital and one that hangs from the shelf. I set the temp to 350 and after 25 to 30 minutes, the buzzer went off letting me know the oven was at temp. It wasn’t. The temp was around 300. It’s been about an hour now and the temp is reading 325. This is when the setting is at 350.
