Kenmore elite oven takes about 35-40 minutes to heat up to 350°

Hello everyone I am new to this site so if I don't know the protocol I apologize in advance. The problem I'm having is my Kenmore Elite oven which is about 18 years old is taking a good 45 minutes or longer to heat up ro 350°, sometimes it's normal but very rarely. I was hoping that someone can tell me the cost of the part and/or repair, thank you for your time and help.

GE range, serial begins with "DR...", how to tell if it is a 1996 or 2008 model??

Hi! I have an older GE electric range, and the serial number starts with DR, indicating it was made in either 1996 or 2008. It was used when we acquired it, and I have absolutely no idea which year it was made. Having problems with F3 code (for oven temp sensor) and trying to decide whether to attempt to repair it, or to just replace the whole range. Viking VDSC4874 left small oven won’t turn on when knob is on Bake

Would anyone know why the left small oven won’t turn on when knob is on Bake but will when the oven is on convection broil?

Also, the knob on the right griddle, or griddle thermostat was broken and now when I use the left griddle, it doesn’t heat to the right temperature.

Dacor ER36D Broiler not heating up "red hot"

Hello all,

Long story short...Dacor ER36D Broiler not working as it should. Set temp to default 555 degrees F and it simply does not glow like it once did. Was working fine day prior...

Note: it does get warm/hot - but does not glow and simply does not do its job.

Unit is about 9 years old, has been super reliable, and is definitely in my opinion worth fixing. My guess is that the heating element for the broiler itself is toast.

The oven heating element is working as it should.
