All burners take very long to light even manually

My tenants told me that all 4 burners on the stove take a long time to light (30-60 seconds). This is the case both using the stove ignition and when using a lighter. The issue has been getting worse and it affects the burners they never use. There is no smell of gas while waiting for the burner to light. Oven works fine. Any ideas?

Hi all-

Back again. My Bosch wall oven is acting strangely, twice in the past couple months it’s said it preheated to set temp (400*) and in reality it never went past 150* measuring by a thermometer I keep inside. I reset the breaker and it started working again. Like I said that’s happened twice in 6 months, but I’m also noticing that everytime I turn it on it will say it’s preheated (beep noise) anywhere from 75-150 degrees lower than it’s set for, but does eventually continue to climb...

Dacor ER48DSCH/LP Baking Temperature Won't Regulate

The Issue - My Dacor ER48DSCH/LP dual fuel range large oven temperature won't regulate after installing a new bake element. When the oven is turned on and a desired temperature keyed in, the temperature climbs into the 500's. At that point I shut it down. There are no error codes and the small oven works fine.

Background - The range is about 11 years old and the original relay board was replaced by me about 4 years ago. The original one was sent out to be repaired but hasn't yet...

Bosch HGI8054UC/06 Gas range burner screw

Hello All,

I wanted to replace the burners on the cooktop, since they were sort of discolored. Got new ones and while screwing one of the burners, I used too much torque and damaged the T20 screw-head; I am unable to get it out now. The ignitor is standing far too tall now to place the burner plate..Are there any instructions to remove the cooktop and access underneath to remove the screws. My first step is to try a damaged screw extractor. Assuming I get it out..each new screw is $16.00...

R286-186-IR Garland Stove - oven breaks bad

Hi all. New here. I have a garland stove model R286-186-IR four burner with griddle, 36". The oven no longer ignites. I cannot find a parts list, nor does anyone appear to service garland/bluestar stoves in my area of central New York. I believe it is the igniter. I pulled it, it has no part numbers on it anywhere. I can find, on amazon, of course, many different igniters that seem to be the same, though dimensions vary. Is one any different from others? Can I use something for a frigidaire...

Viking Oven Won't Stop Heating

I have a 18 year old 48" Viking VGSC486-6Q Gas Oven with Grille. The six burners, the grill, the left oven and the right broiler all work perfectly. The problem is with the right oven. Please keep in mind that this problem occurs only intermittently.

DCS RGV305n Range

I have a DCS RGV305N Range that I need to change MTG BLOCK ASSY RG 30 TEMP OEM 245753. The knob will not go to off and the broiler will not come on. How do you remove the control panel with the knobs. It has 2 screws under the panel but that does seem to remove anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
