HBL5451UC/02 Bosch oven not reaching desired temperature before preheat turns off

Our Bosch model HBL5451UC/02 (Convection and regular) oven does not reach desired temperature. It goes in Preheat mode and thinks it has reached the correct temperature but it is off by 100 degrees. I turn it up to say 400 and it reaches 300. I turn it up to 450 and it will eventually reach 450 but when I turn it down to 400 (desired temp) the temp does not go down. Temperature dial seems to not be working properly?

looking for burner element repair

hi all,

I have about a 1952 RCA Estate electric stove.

The burners are perhaps unusual in having two loops or coils each. In other words each has 3 leads coming from it - common and 2 hot. I am guessing each one is 110 V.
Multimeter shows about 65 Ohms on one loop.

My problem is that one of the larger burners has one loop open. So it gets about 1/2 as hot as it might.

I am not having any luck finding replacements (no surprise) so I looking for a skilled person or shop who might...

Bosch Oven HBL5450UC/08 E115 Error Code

I have a 7 year old Bosch oven that has displayed a E115 error code twice in a row. The oven starts heating up and then it never stops eventually resulting in the error code. Based on responses to similar problems, I am thinking that I need to replace the control board. If someone could verify that this is correct it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Older Avanti ignition parts help

I've got a 24 inch Avanti, model # DG24CW-1. The ignitor is not working on the stove top or the oven. Any idea where I can get the part, #10160404? Or do you think it might be something else?

De Dietrich oven lamp won't turn off.

Hi, I have a de Dietrich DOD448XB double oven and the top oven lamp will not turn off when the oven is off and the door closed. I tried fiddling with the door switch in case that was the problem but I can hear all sorts of noises from various relays activating when I press the switch, and the fans start etc. Only the lamp is unaffected - it just keeps on shining.I'm guessing the problem lies in a relay on the top board but cannot find any details of wiring diagrams etc on the web anywhere...

Thermador C301U double oven - Lower oven no life

Hello, my daughter has a Thermador C301U double oven. The bottom oven went kapoot! Meaning the two oven lights do not come on. Does not appear to have any power. When I push the top oven bottom the upper comes on. When I push the second time it gives a dead feeling and the lower does not come on. I get the same feeling when I push lower off. I tried the circuit breaker off for 30 minutes with no luck. Can anyone help? I am trying to do DIY.
