Viking oven tripping breaker

Our 10 year old Viking oven (VDSC530-4BSS) started tripping the breaker. There is no similar problem with the burner igniters or oven light. Should I replace the heating element and hope for the best, or call a professional? Thanks.

Should the hot wire be attached to the thermostat controller or the heating element terminals?

The electrical cord on my Holmes Ceramic Heater (HCH-4051) frayed at the entry point to the heater and while removing the frayed cord, I forgot to pair (mark) the wires on both sides of the enclosure before snipping the cord.

Upon inspection, I determined one wire from the electrical cord went directly to heating element terminals and the other wire went first to a thermostat controller, then to a hi-temp trip switch, and final to a mode controller; i.e., an OFF/Fan Only/Low Heat/High Heat...

Should the hot wire be attached to the rheostat or the heating elements?

The electrical cord on my Holmes Ceramic Heater (HCH4061) frayed at the entry point to the heater.

While removing the frayed cord, I forgot to pair (mark) the wires on both sides of the enclosure before snipping the cord. So, now I do not know if the hot wire should be attached to the rheostat or to the heating elements (see image below).

I am not even sure if it matters, but if it does, I am going to guess the hot wire goes to the heating elements and the neutral wire goes to the...

VGRC3656BBSS Viking gas oven burners sputter or are very low

Hi, I year ago I replaced my igniters on my Viking Range Model VGRC3656BBSS because I was having problems with the oven. The oven was not getting to temp and the igniter was lighting but flame was really low . All was great for a while but then my originally problem resurfaced. My igniters light but the flame then greatly diminishes. It happens a lot but not always. Some one mentioned replacing the safety valve. Do you have a source, video or directions on this?

VED0530BU Viking double oven electrical issue

My Viking VED0530BU is having a strange problem with the oven lights. I replaced the bulbs in the upper oven and now the upper oven lights only come on when the lower oven door is open. The switch on the upper oven doesn’t control anything. If you want light in the oven you must open the bottom door. Any thoughts from the Viking guys?

VGIC305-4BS Viking gas oven burners sputter or are very low

I'm not sure if you guys analyze gas appliances but here goes.my old Viking oven was one day very slow to preheat.
it seemed that one of the burner tubes was throwing full flame but the other would sputtter (especially when I opened the door) and die to nothing.

removing the burner tube on the side that had died, the tube itself seemed enlarged at the point where the ignitor attaches (so where it takes most heat I presume) and the boles there seemed enlarged and a bit cracked. (I don't...
