Hi! I inherited a house with Viking appliances. My double oven is giving me all kinds of problems now. The bottom oven doesn't heat at all. The top oven temperature is all over the place. I can sit it for 350 and sometimes it's 250 and others it is 400. Any ideas on what I can do to fix it? I'm not sure how I'm going to cook Christmas dinner!
