So I have a 36” Viking gas range. I’m having a problem with the oven burning anything I bake. I was told the newer models use the broiler while pre heating the oven to get up to temperature quicker. My range is over 20 years old. The burner doesn’t have any rust holes burned through, and it looks like the flame is pretty even, though I don’t have anything to compare it to. Model number is: VGR36-46-BK Serial#: 0992416. There may be another number in the beginning of the serial number...
