I'm trying to troubleshoot a Viking Professional range/oven that is not working properly. The gas burners work normally. With the oven, when you turn the knob to 400, for example, you hear an initial whoosh of gas, and it starts to heat up. However, instead of hearing further periodic bursts of gas and reaching temperature, the oven just hovers around 250 degrees.
