I have an LG lre3061st. It is about 3 months old and the two burners on the right will only turn on low. The + sign to turn them up or to high will not work. The clock button also does not work. I tried to do the smart diagnostics but it wouldn't work. I pulled the back off and tried to clean the ribbon on the back like all the fixes say to do, but it didnt fix anything.
