Vintage GE oven door seal

Hi everyone I have a 1957 GE wall oven in good working shape except the silicone seal around the door. I guess on these ovens it’s just a top seal and it’s on the oven itself and not the door. It’s broken in a couple of spots and I’m wondering how to replace it? Any help would be great.

LG range multiple buttons suddenly stoped working

HDS255U/02 Bosch Oven begins dropping temperature at 300 degrees during preheat

I have a Bosch HDS255U/02 and it has started dropping in temperature when it reaches 300 degrees in preheat. I'd love to repair, but am unsure where to start/which element should be replaced.

Kenmore oven door will not remove

My oven handle came off. The screws are not located on the other side so I assume we need to take the door off to get the inside. There is a locking clip on each side of the hinge that needs to be in the up position. One goes up just fine. The other will not. The hinge is a lot taller than the other. The manual says you may need to apply downward pressure. We tried that and it does help it to get closer but am afraid to push harder as it’s really creaking. Any ideas? The gap I have circled...

Jenn Air model svd48600p F2 error

Okay, I've replaced the door latch, the door pressure switch, and the fan switch. The oven cleaning function worked for about 40 minutes before a continuous beeping started and an F2 error message appeared. Google says, replace relay (if present) or oven temperature sensor . Does that sound about right or is there a way to test for either of those conditions.

Range brand / fuel type recommendations

Hi, to whoever responds to this post.

I have a couple of questions

1) Which brands do you recommend for under $2000?

2) I have used both electric and gas ranges and in the middle about which one to get next. What fuel type is the market leaning towards or is it split?

Dacor RV36 Vent not working

I've read a thread on here about RV36 vent issues, but hoping someone can walk me through some troubleshooting for my issue. When pressing the up/down button you hear the motor running and the vent raises VERY slowly and never seems to raise all the way. Not sure where to start to troubleshoot. I have a HEI7282U/01 Bosch electric slide in range.

Four years ago I replaced part number 00653424 - Display Control Module

I am now having a similar, but not exact same problem. Then, it either displayed an error or a red dot. But other than that panel was dead and burners worked.
However, I am not 100% sure its the same part. Could be 00657860?

So symptoms started 3 weeks ago. I noticed the convection fan would sputter/cut out for a mili second on occasion. Fast...

EHN3802W Caloric Range - Broken Clip Not Available?

I have this range in a rental. When cleaning the oven the front clip of the two clips that hold the thermometer broke. https://www.appliancepartspros.com/maytag-clip-capillary-01052001-ap88517.html
I can't find it anywhere. Is it safe to use the oven as long as the thermostat isn't touching the side? The range looks really nice in great condition. Want to keep it around longer.

Amazon has this that says works for this model but doesn't look anything like it...
