Seems like losing heat around oven door

I was standing near this oven this week while a pie was cooking. There seems to be a LOT of heat coming from around the oven door. The gasket around the door appears intact. I pushed the door handle and the door moved to more closed but didn’t stay. Is there an adjustment on the door hinges to make the seal better or is this normal. I’ve never paid attention to this so don’t know if it’s normal.
