I have a slightly different Thermador model (a double electric wall oven, model S302TS) but with an eerily similar issue. None of the ovens were heating and both were displaying 100F when put on any of the programs (Bake, etc.).
After trying all that was mentioned in the above thread, we got them to heat up by forcing the sail switch on...
