Help repairing or finding replacement parts for a Unique (brand name) model UGP-30EOF1 over/range.

I own a Unique model UGP-30EOF1 oven/range. One of my burners on the range will not remain lit. I've replaced the thermocouple twice. And on the present thermocouple, I verified that it was putting out about 350 millivolts before I installed it, as recommended by the manufacturer. The burner flows gas great as long as you push in the valve. About 1 time out of 20, it'll stay lit on its own, but the other 19 times you're out of luck.
