2002 Viking VDSC4856QSS broken wire behind back wall...now what?!!

Hi! My 2002 Viking VDSC4856QSS lower baking element popped. When I went to remove the broken element, one wire broke off behind back wall...now what?!! Any ideas? There doesn't seem to be any way to open / remove the back wall. Can I go in from the top, or do I need to go in through the back? Are there service manuals available anywhere? Thanks!

Bertazzoni X304GGVX Oven takes forever to heat

I have a Bertazzoni X304GGVX hooked up to propane that takes over an hour to preheat to 400 degrees F, if ever, I usually just cook longer or use the grill.
It starts fine just won't heat. I've ordered a new thermocouple as I've read on other boards that they have a tendency to fail and could be the culprit for many issues, although I haven't been able to find anyone with my model and setup. Whirlpool Gas range, oven intermittently will ignite, but not reignite after reaching temp, WEG760H0DS0

Hello,

So my whirlpool oven has not been working normally for the past 6-9 months. The oven would ignite like normal, would pre-heat to temp, then would not keep temp. (I used a thermostat/thermometer in it it to check this) I would turn it off for 15 -30 secs, hit bake again and set temp then start and it would heat back up normally and work like normal. Broan Range Hood Evolution 3 QP3 Series - Fan does not want to turn off

So how about Range Hoods? I have a Broan Evolution 3 series range hood my wife is convinced that it is possessed. However, I don't find an area for range hoods or range hood problems--not under stoves/ranges, or HVAC.

If a mod could point me to the right sub-forum, I'll describe the issues and ask for help on this.

Looking for a propane conversion kit for a Viking VGSC305-4BDSS

I purchased this range from a seller who said it was propane but it is nat gas.
It is an older model and I am having trouble finding the conversion kit for it online.
I'd really appreciate it if anyone know where to find it.

Bosch Gas stove series 500 burner not working

Hello

I have Bosch gas range stove. I believe it is the series 500 model. The front right burner stopped working. I do not hear the clicking when turning it on but I do smell the gas and when i light it with a lighter it works. The rest of the other burners are working fine. Does this have to do with the spark module that needs to be replaced?

If so wondering how difficult the install is

Viking VGSC 306 oven bottom removal

My oven seems to not be heating properly. Is there a trick to removing the oven bottom panel to inspect the igniters etc? For this convection oven the bottom panel appears to require the convection fan cover to be removed to then push the bottom panel back far enough to then tilt/lift out. I can easily remove the top 3 hex screws on the fan cover, but the bottom two hex screws are obscured by the back edge of the oven bottom(?).
