Hi! My 2002 Viking VDSC4856QSS lower baking element popped. When I went to remove the broken element, one wire broke off behind back wall...now what?!! Any ideas? There doesn't seem to be any way to open / remove the back wall. Can I go in from the top, or do I need to go in through the back? Are there service manuals available anywhere? Thanks!
