Bosch Gas Oven Temp Off 50 to 75 Degrees

Bosch gas oven model HGS3052UC/01 runs 50 to 75 degrees below setpoint. I need some help on diagnosing the problem. Is there a calibration to adjust or ohm readings to check on the sensor? Any help is appreciated.
