Hello Everyone!
I have two Gaggenau EB 290 ovens which I have owned for the past 15 some years. When we remodelled our kitchen, we built it around these ovens (I had stumbled across a spectacular deal at the time) and I adore the way these ovens bake/broil/roast/etc. I wish to keep them running for as long as possible.
Recently I ran the pyrolitic cleaning cycle (2nd time in 15 years) and while the cleaning cycle worked well, I realized that one of the ovens no longer tracks...
