I just bought a house with a 30" Miele steam oven (model #H6780BP) installed in 2018. I was trying to cook a turkey for Thanksgiving and an audible alarm went off every 5-10 minutes the entire time the turkey was cooking (2+ hours) saying it couldn't connect to the probe (which was properly installed in the turkey breast according to the manual), then "Please insert probe", repeating the entire time.
