Thermador double wall oven wiring?

Hmm, I see that Thermador is not one of the brands listed here, so this might be a non-starter.
But....
I am trying to reinstall a Thermador double wall oven.
can anyone direct me to a wiring schematic or guide me in wiring?

From the power supply (240v) I've got RED WHITE and BLACK
from the Unit I've got (these nicely labelled wires):
RED (4)
Black (1)
Red (5)
Black (2)
Red (3)
white (unlabelled)
