As a Field Service Tech for Kyocera and Canon Copiers since 1988. I thought I would seek your assistance in my dilemma.
From my experience as a copier tech. When all else fails. Seek help from the PROs in the industry, like you.

I realized this is my first post and rather self serving. I hope you don't mind.

Kitchen Aid Wall Oven Wiring Harness

Hi,
I have an older Kitchen Aid wall oven to install, model YKEBS107BWO (might be more than 10 years old). I can't seem to find a schematic that will tell me what the 5th wire (brown) in the units flex cable is for. It looks to be a straight forward wiring installation except for that brown wire.

Stove dont heat to right temp and dont have money for a new one please help

Last night my wife was baking for like 4 hours and all the sudden we heard a pop and when she looked inside there was a hit spot getting red at the bottom of the oven and smelled like smoke. After that everything seem to work so she kept baking well the cookies wasnt baking. I put a thermometer in the oven and after 20 minutes it only read 200 and the oven said it was on 350. VDSC3054BSS Viking Range Top Not Lighting, Not Clicking

Hi,
I have a 30 inch Viking range model number VDSC3054BSS, in which none of the burners will light and they don't even click when I turn the range knobs. Interestingly, if I turn the electric oven thermostat on, the burners will click and light. Another bit of information is that the red light next to the oven thermostat comes on when I turn it on, but the oven knob with bake, broil, convection etc does not turn on the light. The electric oven is not heating up at all, by the way.

Kenmore 790.72433315 ignitor changed. Shuts off after preheat.

We have a little over 2 year old Kenmore gas range. Oven stopped working and i took the ignitor out and had it tested. It was dead. I replaced it with one from local appliance place and it works. But after it preheats, the oven shuts off and there are no codes on the read out screen, just the temp i set. Preheat light goes out , oven shuts off but bake light is on and the temp selected, 350, stays on. What the eff?

Bosch induction HII8055U cooktop error 0513

I have a 1 year old Bosch induction slide in range HII8055U. While trying to use the 2 right induction cooktop elements, seemingly at random, the 2 right induction elements of the cooktop display an 'E' for a fraction of a second and the elements turn off.
