I am having two issues with my oven:
1. It seems to take a long time for the stove to light once you turn it on. A few times we could smell gas and when it finally came on you hear a loud noise. Like there is a lot of gas that just ignited.
2. Today we went to use the stove and it never came up to temperature. The pre-heat light stayed on the entire time. We used a laser thermometer to check the temperature of the metal walls of the stove and they were only about 230 degrees.
