Dacor MORS130 oven does not turn convection element on

Recently I noticed that even though I was baking in pure convection mode, the baking element on the bottom would turn on (this with the oven
at set temp).
First thing I checked was that the convection element was ok: got 25 Ohm. Next, in line was to check if the power board is working.
I put the oven in diagnostic mode (cycle power and press bake+broil with 30 s) and run the tests that turn on the convection element,
measuring the current absorbed with my amp clamp.
