Jenn Air F3 Error replaced thermostat. Thermostat and front panel J1 connection test from pin 1 and 4 (1000 ohms)

So on my Model Jenn Air range SVD48600P oven we get a F 3 error after the oven has been at 400 degrees for around 40 min. I have replaced the thermostat and the new one measures 1000 ohms. I found a wiring diagram that shows the oven thermostat wiring to the front control panel connection J1. When I measure the ohms between pin 1 and pin 4 (thermostat connection) I also measure 1000 ohms. The oven is about 20 years old but in great shape.
