F8e0 cooling fan speed low

I am getting the f8e0 error code on my oven. Cooling fan speed low. Quick Google search showed that it could be the fan motor, hall sensor, or board.
Came across a couple of posts here that showed how to check those parts on a different oven. (Fan motor, hall sensor, and board) Is there, by chance, a way anyone can post those same steps?
