To solve the issue :
1. Turn Off the breaker of your Oven
2. Wait 30 minutes
3. Test with : Bake 250
4. Activate on the console the Probe
5. It ask to insert the Probe... SLOWLY insert it until it Recognize it... Do nor insert it fully at first!
6. when the Probe is Detected...
7. Try to insert it fully
It works for me ... may be you can give it a try, know knows, may it could solve your issue!
