Right fron element turns on when any other element is switched on

The right front element turns on when I turn on any of the other elements on the range. It seems to mimic the settings on the other elements. When I turn on the right front it is the only one that turns on though I can turn on other elements still if needed. It's a hazard for sure. I replaced the board but that did not help. Any thoughts?
