I am working on an Americana landlord special (it has a manual oven thermostat and no clock, timer, or anything). The burners work great. The oven loves to get up to about 450-500 degrees. I am wondering if there is any adjustment to the thermostat itself other than adjusting the thermostat knob. It looks like there is a flathead screw that will adjust the flow of gas to the oven but I am not certain what that does. Thanks for the help guys!
