Samsung NX58H5600SS range barely boils water

Hi all.

Our brand new Samsung stove takes over 20 minutes to barely boil 3 quarts of water, then never gets past a low boil (on the "power burner" or any other burner). The flames are blue...except once a few days ago when in the middle of cooking they turned yellow. Since then, they've been blue again. It's professionally installed, with LP conversion professionally installed and correct LP orifices checked multiple times. Simmer calibration professionally adjusted.

Videos:

So far:
  • The gas company came and confirmed that gas pressure was good at the burner (12" WC)
  • The Best Buy technician changed out the regulator in the stove

Everyone is stumped. Anyone have any insight please?

Replace 2 0+4 Spark Modules with 1 0+6 Spark Module in 6-Burner Viking?

I have a 6-burner Viking stove which uses 2 0+4 spark modules (e.g. the PA020047 or Invensys U-67204-7). In other words, two outputs of one of the spark modules are unused. It seems silly, but that's the way it is.... One of the spark modules is now dead or dying. I've replaced spark modules once or twice before, so buying a replacement and plugging it in seems straightforward enough. But since the other spark module has always been a little flaky, and a single 0+6 spark module (e.g. the PA020048 or Invensys U-67205-28) is less expensive than 2 0+4 spark modules--wait for it--would this stove work with a single 0+6 spark module? That seems a lot more elegant.
So far I've been unable to find any electrical specs for these parts. I'm willing to guess this is pretty standard stuff, meaning the 0+6 would work fine, but maybe someone here can at least guess a lot better than I can!
If I can use the 0+6 spark module, one loss would be how robust the stove is with the next failure. Now I might be able to plug burner ignitors into the unused spark module terminals, and get a little more life out of it. If the 0+6 spark module dies, the whole stovetop dies, and making dinner gets a lot harder while I find the replacement. But stashing the flaky 0+4 spark module I have now so that I have a prayer of finding it again would give me some backup there.
Thanks for any suggestions, or entertaining commiseration.

Element stuck on

Hi, I was cooking with my Rangemaster ELAN 110 duel fuel as I heard what sounded like a pop come from my oven but it still worked fine, however when I turned the oven off and the fan stopped the element was still burning hot and glowing bright red and nearly set on fire as the fan wasn't keeping it cool. I had not that long ago replaced the thermostat on the other oven so don't think it's that, I have removed the element for the time being so I can still use the oven and everything works fine but when it's turned on the light comes on for that oven without even turning the knob showing that it's trying to heat it up, I have done some reading and it seems that it might abtually be the clock that needs replacing as this has some controls on it that may be setting the oven to fully turn on with no temperature control, hope I've given enough info for people to assist. Thanks in advance

Junker oven controls troubleshooting

WE've just moved into a new house with a Junker oven, JB23UA.0. The oven works but the display doesn't. It also makes a high pitched noise when the oven is on. Any ideas what the problem is?

Can I safely disable the oven control panel and still use my range?

Hi, I have the dreaded F1 error on my electric oven and the beeping won't stop. I have unplugged the oven to stop the beeping, and I know I need to replace the oven control panel. My knobs for my range burners are separate, and since I am not going to be able to replace the control panel in the next couple of days but would still like to use the range, I am wondering if 1) the range will still work if I disconnect the oven control panel and 2) if so, is it safe to leave the oven control panel disconnected and appliance plugged in when I am not using the range?

This is really unfortunate that this has happened to me at Christmas time, so I'm trying to figure out how I can make the best of it without having to rely on my microwave for the next few days! Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

RGU-485GD-N DCS 48" Range Right Oven Not Lighting

I have a DCS 48" range. It has 5 top burners, a griddle, and two ovens beneath. Tonight, the right oven didn't lite. We noticed that the RED lights that usually illuminate the knbs werent lighting up. The left oven works fine. When the left oven was on, the right one seemed to lite for a minute, but then cut out. Curious if anyone has seen this before?
