My Dacor oven has a relay PCB attached to a metal backboard using about 8 mounting posts similar the below. I wish to remove and replace the relay board. How do I remove the PCB? Using my fingers (which are getting bloody in the process), I can compress each post, but then when I do the next, the previous ones reattaches. Thanks!
