This hood has an outer panel with "pushpads" for the motor speeds and light control. Lately it is necessary to really lean on these pads to get the switches to operate.
Is this just a disassemble and clean job or does it require a new control panel?
Also, what is the trick to get it apart far enough to get at this thing?
