If I set oven to bake at 500 F, the oven heats up to around 370 to 380 (according to display) and stays there. The bake and convection elements continue cycling on and off, but the temp won't go higher. A thermometer placed in the oven agrees with the display.
The elements are good, and receive voltage. The convection fan also runs while it's heating.
