F10 Error - Kenmore Double Oven - Replace EOC display board or relay board??

Hello - Thank you all in advance for reading my question. I have a Kenmore electric double wall oven (Model # 790.47773404 ) that throws a F10 fault code whenever the top oven is in use. My first test was the temperature probe in the top oven where I replaced it with a new probe. Both the original and new showed about 1000ohms which seems to be an OK reading. I went ahead and replaced it since the part was relatively cheap. The oven still gives me a F10 fault code. In the Service Data Sheet that was provided with the oven, it indicates the next parts to replace are the electronic oven control relay board (part # 316334913) or the electronic oven control display board (part # 316443819).Pictures of both are attached. Both of these parts are relatively expensive so before ordering either of them is there a test to see which is the one that's needed? I also tested the wiring harness from the temperature probes that connects to the EOC display board which read about 1000 ohms. This only seems to happen with the top oven and not the bottom. The bottom oven seems to be working perfectly and does not throw a fault code.

Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again.
